Mortgage securitization and its processes are not always easy to understand at the beginning. For this reason, Titularizadora Colombiana must do introduction courses to its new employees in charge of these topics in the banks that offer mortgage loans. With the aim of facilitating the process of learning, Titiularizadora entrusted our studio to design an illustrated primer (or booklet) that presents, in a simple and clear language, the most important information that any non-specialized banking employee should know in order to attend clients and fulfill requirements.
